Ok the stamps are called acrylic stamps. They need to be mounted to an acrylic block and then you just ink them up and stamp. You can create your own background by placing several stamps on a block at one time. Just remember to clean them off after you use them so you don't get ink from one pad onto another. They are neat because you can see where you are stamping. They have them at all the local craft stores. I love them because they are fool proof. Hope that helps. I'll try to get a tutorial posted when my USB ports are fixed.
